Rotted Roots Uprooted: What No Longer Serves Her Falls Away
For years I was fulfilled on the outside with a great job and life that looked great on paper, yet I still woke up every morning with an undeniable ache that there had to be more. It felt too systematic and cookie-cutter, as if fulfillment came from following a predetermined path rather than truly knowing yourself.
Born with spiritual gifts neither my family or I understood, I began questioning everything in curiosity - my purpose, what exists beyond what we can physically see, and who is God, truly? It felt like a puzzle piece missing from my own self, and I hungered for the truth I could feel in my bones but couldn't yet define. This triggered the beautiful, transformational journey that answered those very questions.
As a new mother coming out of a toxic relationship in 2020 and freshly laid off during covid, I hit my lowest point. Completely lost and disconnected, I was running on empty and didn't recognize the woman in the mirror. Stress began negatively impacting my health and I knew I couldn’t live like that anymore, not for myself or growing son.
Fertile Seed, Conscious Stem: She Sprouts
I chose myself, crafting time for what brought pure joy. I went inward. Through fasting, prayer, and intention, my third eye opened. Blessings and synchronicities started flowing in. My bucket list started getting checked off effortlessly. I discovered Holy Fire Reiki, learned alchemy, and started doing the inner work that changed everything.
Societal expectations crumbled, limiting beliefs were unlearned, and what emerged is the remembrance that who we are at our core is the Divine within all living beings. The freedom I craved was gained. Purpose was defined along the path. I started developing a life centered around true passion, my truth, and using my knowledge and gifts to help others.

My energy cleared as I reconnected with the Source energy that was always present within, just patiently waiting. Creativity peaked as the innate alchemist within all of us came online. My intuition became the strongest it had ever been and I started naturally channeling angelic messages.
Awareness expanded beyond the physical and I couldn’t “unlearn” the knowledge, “unsee” what was witnessed, or “unfeel” the depth of expansion and love surrounding every living being. Perceptions and old beliefs shifted into an unshakable truth of what’s possible and exists, and I began deepening my practice through meditation, energy work, and learning the chakra system.
Life started reorganizing around who I truly was, not the roles I had been performing, and things started simply falling into place. Filling my cup first and embodying my best self raised my capacity to give with balance, and enjoy being my best mother, daughter, and friend. That cookie cutter dynamic was broken and restructured into something that felt more real, more communal, more impactful.

Having received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, Aujinel continues to nurture her values in holistic healing by pursuing a doctorate in Natural Medicine with an emphasis on quantum healing and biofeedback technology. Dedicating her life to exploring the intersection of faith, culture, and community, she brings a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and purposeful direction into every session.
Her journey has taken her to Zambia, where she supported young women with HIV prevention education and provided math and grammar with homeless children. In Thailand and Cambodia, she worked with UNICEF and the Mirror Foundation, focusing on human trafficking prevention and improving healthcare access. These experiences helped shape her ability to listen deeply and support others in practical, meaningful ways.
